How to unsubscribe from MailChimp?

Follow these steps to remove a person from Mailchimp synchronization and unsubscribe them from your mailing list.

Step 1: Search for the Person

From the Helpful Village Home page, search for the person you want to remove.

Step 2: Open Their Profile

Click the recipient's name to remove it.

Step 3: Uncheck the Mailchimp Option

Scroll down to the Tags section and uncheck the Mailchimp checkbox.

Step 4: Save Your Changes

Scroll down and click Update to save the changes.

Step 5: Confirm the Change

The person will be removed from Mailchimp synchronization and unsubscribed from Mailchimp through this process.

Another Way to Unsubscribe from Mailchimp

Recipients can also unsubscribe directly from Mailchimp emails by clicking the Unsubscribe link included in the email.
