How does HV facilitate your Outreach Efforts to targeted audiences?

There are two ways you can run your outreach marketing campaigns: with HV’s email Messenger or through MailChimp. We suggest a combination of both.

Here is How to Send an email to a specific Mailing List using HV Messenger: 

Step 1: Go to ADMIN → Email Messenger → New email 

Step 2: Select the appropriate Mailing List, Tag or other Group 

To modify a Mailing list you will need to: 

Step 1: Go to Menu → ADMIN → People Management → Groups 

Step 2: The Mailing List you wish to send an email message to. Scroll down to the bottom of the list and select "Synchronize with MailChimp"

Step 3: Next, go to ADMIN → Email Messenger 

Step 4: Select "New Email" and then select the Mailing List you wish to send to. Next, use HV’s text editor to compose email messages and select "Send".

💡 Note:

We have a number of "Auto Mailing List" which include: Active Members, Active volunteers, All Prospects, Prospect Members, Prospect Donors and Prospect Volunteers. 

We update thes Auto Mailing Lists of Members based on membership info. For Volunteers, we update the auto mailing list based on Volunteer info being marked as ‘Screened’ and for Prospects we update the auto mailing lists based on open prospect tasks.
