The Check-In Dashboard is where Villages can monitor the results of the Check-in’s
To access the Check-In Dashboard → Admin → Check-ins
This is where you can monitor your Campaigns Check-Ins → To Open Check-In Dashboard click the desired Campaign
Click on the VIEW button:
You have a 15-day time period with the current date on the left
- Each day {Admins or Volunteers} will contact these members and do a Check-In, prompting the numbers (1-5)
- A red X next to the member’s name means they have not been checked-in with yet.
To complete a Check-In → select the X next to the member’s name →
Once you have selected the member you will be able to see their information above and set the date of the Check-In
Once in the Members Check-In, you will be able to select how the member is feeling and if they need anything → (Groceries, Medicine, Call Back, etc.) - The Comments area is to track symptoms/current state of the member.
It is possible to register the conversations topics and the time spent in each conversation. At the end, we will indicate the total call duration.
The (Feeling How) is what generates the numbered results in the Check-In Dashboard
- 5 = Awesome
- 4 = Good
- 3 = Ok
- 2 = Not Great
- 1 = Terrible
- 0 = Unable to reach
If a Members check-in status is not good or terrible, an email will be sent to the Village Admin and the Members Volunteer
Admins can see the daily Check-In results by selecting → Admin → Check-ins
Click the desired Check-In Campaign
Select → Check-Ins per week → and Admins will be able to see the check-ins showing the status and possible needs of Members
The Check-Ins can be done by a Village Administrator or a Village Volunteer → Village Admins can complete the check-ins through the steps listed above ↑
Volunteers can complete Check-Ins through the Feature“Phone Tree” →
