Settings: Contact Info

Go to Admin → Settings.

Click on the Contact Info tab.

Contact Information

Enter your Village's:

• Address
• Office address
• Main phone number
• Public email address

If your Village has social media accounts, you can also enter the URLs for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

The Contact Us Text field allows you to add the description or information you would like to display on your Contact page.

Contact Form Options

You can also enable the following options:

Include Add Me to Mailing List Option — When enabled, a link will appear in the upper-left corner of your homepage as well as on the Contact Form. This allows visitors to request to be added to your mailing list.

Include Vaccine Question in Contact Form — When enabled, a vaccine-related question and checkbox will appear on your Contact Form.

Check Email Recipients

As a final step, make sure that the email recipients assigned to each category of Village leader are correct.

If any of the email recipients need to be updated, please contact support@helpfulvillage.com, and our team will assist you.

When you have finished, click Save to apply your changes.
