Settings: Money

In order to access your "Money" tab, click "Admin"--> "Settings" --> "Money"

Within your "Money" tab, you can set up various fundraising campaigns that you will show up when an individual clicks on the "Donate Now" button.

To do so, click on the downward facing triangle to access a dropdown bar that will enable you to choose what type of default fundraising campaign you would like to choose. The options will be background checks, events, fundraising for COVID-19, general fund, scholarships, and SIP members.

You will have the option of selecting 'background checks require a donation from the volunteer'. Payment for background checks will be charged to your Village, but selecting this option will email volunteers a link to pay for the background check themselves.

You will also have the option of adding a credit card processing fee. This is completely optional. If you choose to check this box, a user will then see another optional check box when they choose to donate through clicking the "Donate Now" button. You can also add processing fees to payment forms which are submitted. After you input your desired options, click "Save."

If you checked the box to add a credit card processing fee to the donations page, the user will see the following option once they click the "Donate Now" button at the top right of their page:

Donors can now check this box to have the option to pay the fee to cover a processing fee!
