What are the rights management for a SERVICE REQUEST MANAGER?

Service Request Manager: (rights used for Volunteer Managers)

• Can access Active Volunteers and Groups.
• Create, edit, and modify service requests.
• Can access service evaluations
• Create volunteering matching
• Can search members/volunteers
• Can view member info + membership info. Data is limited, we do not show payments nor prospects.
• Can create a volunteer profile and can edit info on the volunteer tab
• Can send an instant message about service requests to volunteers/ or groups

Emails notifications to Service Request Manager: 

• BCC’d on volunteer service request ‘matched’ confirmation emails
• If setting activated: sends an email to admin when a new service request is made by a member
• Volunteer expiring permits and insurance notifications
• Evaluations forms with 1-3 stars (bad evaluation) 
• Poor check-in (member not well)
