Reset Password Instructions

Step 2: Go to email inbox

Step 3: Click on “CHANGE MY PASSWORD”

Step 4: Enter the “new password”

When creating or resetting your password, please make sure it meets the following general security requirements to ensure your account remains protected:

• Minimum of 8 characters in length

• Must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number

• Should contain at least one special character (e.g., ! or @ or # or $ or % or ^ or & or *)

• Avoid using easily guessable information such as your name, email, or Village name

• Passwords must be unique (not reused from previous logins)

These standards help maintain strong account security across the platform and prevent unauthorized access.

Step 5: Click on “CHANGE MY PASSWORD”

Then you have the confirmation!
