Which are the options on your profile?

After completing the first step, you will have access to your Helpful Village platform.

Throughout this guide, we will refer to the icon in the upper-right corner of the screen as the Profile Icon.

Click the Profile Icon to open a drop-down menu with the following options:

• My Profile
  • This is where you can view and update the information associated with your profile. Depending on your role, you may be able to manage your Member, Volunteer, Event, and Contact information here.
• My Agenda (similar to the Calendar, but focused on your personal activities)
  • Here, you can view a calendar of upcoming events you have registered for. If you are a volunteer, any Services you are scheduled to provide or receive will also appear here.
• Change Password
  • Use this option to change your account password. The process is similar to the one you followed when you first created your password.
• Sign Out
  • This option logs you out of your account. Once you sign out, some private Village information may no longer be accessible. The information available after signing out varies depending on your Village.
