How to access your new account?

You will receive an email with the following:

Click “Change My Password” to create a password for your new account. This will take you to the following page:

Although the page states that you are “Changing” your password, you are actually creating your password. 

Make sure to keep this information safe and stored to avoid losing access to your account.

💡 Note: 
When creating or resetting your password, please make sure it meets the following general security requirements to ensure your account remains protected:

• Minimum of 8 characters in length

• Must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number

• Should contain at least one special character (e.g., ! or @ or # or $ or % or ^ or & or *)

• Avoid using easily guessable information such as your name, email, or Village name

• Passwords must be unique (not reused from previous logins)

These standards help maintain strong account security across the platform and prevent unauthorized access.
