What are the rights management for a MEMBERS MANAGER?

Members Manager

Permissions & Access

• Ability to view and update member information in the General tab.
• Ability to view and update member information in the Membership tab.
• Ability to view the Pay tab.
• Ability to make membership payments from the Membership tab.
• Ability to view and update member information in the Address tab.
• Ability to create and edit Memberships and Membership Types.
• Ability to view and edit the Additional Info tab.
• Ability to view the Docs tab.
• No access to the Volunteer Info or Prospect tabs.

Email Notifications – Membership Manager

The Membership Manager will receive:

• A monthly Expiring Members notification on the 25th of each month.
• A CC copy of online membership renewal confirmation emails.
• Notifications for failed monthly membership payments.
• Notifications when a member's membership expires.

Email Notifications – Membership & Volunteer Applications

The Membership Manager will be CC'd on confirmation emails for submitted membership and volunteer application forms.
