What are the rights management for an ADMIN?

Admin:

• Has full access to all functions and modules within the Helpful Village platform.
• Has access to all Manager rights and functions.
• There is no need to assign additional rights to a user who already has Admin rights.

Email Notifications for the Main Admin

If no specific notification roles have been assigned, all applicable notifications will be sent to the Main Admin email address.

Examples include:

• Contact Form: Receives notifications when someone submits an inquiry through the website contact form.
• Service Evaluations: Receives notifications when a service receives a 1-star or 3-star evaluation, which is considered a potentially problematic evaluation.
• Provider Applications: Is BCC'd when a new provider application confirmation email is sent.
• Async CSV Reports: Receives an email notification when a requested asynchronous CSV report has been completed. The person who requested the report is also CC'd on the notification.
