What are the rights management for an ADMIN?

Admin:

• Overarching rights to all the functions within the Helpful Village platform 
• Ability to do all the manager rights. There is no need to add additional rights if a person has admin rights.)

Emails notifications to the Main Admin:

• If no other roles are defined, everything goes to the main admin. 
• Contact form inquiries
• Sends notification of ‘problematic’ service evaluation (1 or 3 star evaluation)
• BCC’d when a  new provider application confirmation message gets sent
• Sends an email notification about the completed async CSV report (cc’d the person who requested it as well)
