To set up a monthly payment subscription for a member, go to the person's profile, click the Member tab, and scroll down to the SET UP MONTHLY PAYMENTS button.
1. Set Up the Monthly Subscription
To set up a monthly subscription using ACH, you must first register the member's bank account.
Enter the date you would like the first payment to be made, and click the appropriate button to continue.
2. Register the Bank Account
Enter all the required bank account information, and then click CONNECT BANK ACCOUNT.
3. Wait for the Microdeposit
Once the bank account has been connected, a small verification deposit (microdeposit) will be sent to the bank account.
The microdeposit may take 1–2 business days to appear in the account.
4. Verify the Bank Account
Once the microdeposit has appeared in the bank account:
- Go to the Pay tab.
- Click Verify bank account.
Enter the amount of the microdeposit when prompted.
Once the amount has been confirmed, you will see a confirmation message indicating that the bank account has been successfully verified.
5. Activate the Monthly Subscription
After verifying the bank account, you will be redirected to a screen displaying the subscription details.
Review the information and click SUBSCRIBE WITH REGISTERED BANK ACCOUNT to activate the monthly subscription.
6. Confirm the Subscription
Once the subscription has been successfully activated, the system will display a confirmation message.
You can also go to the Pay tab to confirm that the monthly subscription is active.
The active subscription will be displayed as shown in the example below:
