How to set up Membership settings? - Member Manager

ADMIN → Settings → Membership tab

On the Membership Types button, you are able to create different types of memberships, to know how to configure membership types, please click on the following link:

You are able to establish a Grace period, please indicate the number of days that you want the grace period to last. Members in the Grace period are considered by HV as Active Members.

By default renewal emails will be send one month before the expiration date, if you want to be set up differently, it is possible. You have to ask to support@helpfulvillage.com if you want changes. You are able to request to HV to send more than one renewal email to be sent (for instance one 30 days before expiration and another one 10 days before).

You are able to activate different options by checking the check box of the following questions:

1 ) Display Members email in directory ? You can decide whether or not to show this information. Member directory information is only visible for members.

2) Display Members address in directory ? You can decide whether or not to show this information. Member directory information is only visible for members.

3) Send automatic renewal emails ? You can send messages individually or we can send automatic renewal emails to save you time. Check this box if you want it automatic.

4) Only send renewal emails to primary members? We recommend this option is for a household membership, to avoid both partners to receive the renewal notice.
