How to renew your membership with ACH (Automated Clearance House)?

When you want to pay a membership, you may choose the ACH payment method.

This option is cheaper than the credit card option.

Once you have chosen this payment method, click on the REGISTER BANK ACCOUNT button.

You may now fulfill all the fields with your bank account details and press the ADD BANK ACCOUNT button.

Once your bank account has been connected, you will receive two microdeposits in your bank account. 

These microdeposits transfers can take 1-2 business days to appear in a customer's bank account.

To access to this page try to make a payment with ACH, this screen will show.

When you receive the two microdeposits, you may press the RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP button, choose the ACH option, press on the button REGISTER BANK ACCOUNT button.

You will be then redirected to this page below.

Please introduce these two microdeposits amounts on the fields below and press the VERIFY BANK ACCOUNT button.

You will then see a message showing that the bank account has been verified.

Your account has now been verified  but you need to do the payment now that the bank account is connected. The payment has not been made yet!

Please choose the ACH payment method to make the payment and press the PAY BY ACH button.

When you click on the PAY BY ACH button, you will see the message below:

You may now see that the Member has become active and if you have a look to the Pay tab, you will see the payment registered there.
