How to renew your membership with ACH (Automated Clearance House)? – HELPFUL VILLAGE

When paying for a membership, you can choose ACH as your payment method.

ACH payments are generally less expensive than credit card payments.

1. Select ACH as Your Payment Method

After selecting ACH, click the REGISTER BANK ACCOUNT button.

2. Add Your Bank Account

Enter all the required bank account information, then click ADD BANK ACCOUNT.

3. Wait for the Microdeposit

Once your bank account has been connected, you will receive a small verification deposit (microdeposit) in your bank account.

This microdeposit may take 1–2 business days to appear in your account.

4. Verify Your Bank Account

Once you have received the microdeposit:

Go to the Pay tab.
Click Verify bank account.

Enter the amount of the microdeposit when prompted.

Once the amount has been confirmed, you will see a confirmation message indicating that your bank account has been verified.

Important: Verifying your bank account does not complete the membership payment. You must still make the membership payment after your bank account has been verified.

5. Pay for the Membership

Once your bank account has been verified:

Go to the Member tab.
Click Pay for membership.

6. Select ACH and Submit the Payment

Select ACH as the payment method and click PAY BY ACH.

After clicking PAY BY ACH, you will see the following confirmation message:

7. Confirm the Payment

Once the payment has been submitted, the member will become Active.

You can also go to the Pay tab to confirm that the membership payment has been recorded.
