How to activate Hub and Spoke?

In order to activate Hub and spoke, please submit a request through the Help Center, requesting the activation to the support team.

This feature has no extra costs.

Once this feature is activated.

Go to ADMIN → Settings → Misc

Press on "Config Local Villages" button

You will see a list of local villages, you can edit or create a New Local Village.

You can fulfill the fields: name, acronym, choose a color and select local coordinator. Finally SAVE.

Once Local Villages are created, you can go to a person's profile and choose a local village for each person. On a person's profile, under the General tab, if you scroll down you will see a field named "Local Village", this is a dropdown box, please select the local village for this person and SAVE.

Then, you will be able to create a service request and choose what local villages do you want to show this volunteer opportunity. Select the local villages when you create the service request:
