How to see people who have rights and which rights do they have ?

Go to Admin-->People Management-->Users With Rights

You will see a list of users with rights, showing the rights they have

If you click on EDIT button, you will access to the user profile where you can check the rights you want to give to a user and press to UPDATE to save the changes.
