Why a volunteer does not appear as an active volunteer ?

Go to the volunteer's profile, and click on the volunteer tab. 

• Volunteers will only appear as Active Volunteer if their start and end dates are within the current calendar date. 
• In order for the person to become an Active Volunteer, the SCREENNED VOLUNTEER box must be checked.
• Check the vacation period is not activated
