How does an Admin or a Members Manager enter a monthly payment for a membership?

1. Search for the Member

Use the Search Field at the top left of the website to find the member.

2. Select the Member

Select the member for whom you want to set up the membership payment.

3. Open the Member Tab

Go to the Member tab.

4. Set Up Monthly Payments

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Set Up Monthly Payments.

5. Subscribe with a Credit Card

Scroll down and click Subscribe With Credit Card.

6. Enter the Credit Card Information

Enter the member's credit card information and click Pay.

7. Confirm the Monthly Payments

Return to the Member tab and scroll down. You will see that Your Monthly Payments is now active, confirming that the monthly payment has been successfully set up.
