How does an Admin or a Members Manager enter a one time payment for a membership?

Look for the member in the Search Field at the top left of the website

Select the member for who you want to enter the membership payment

Go to the member tab

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and press on Renew Membership

Scroll down, select the payment method

If you select a payment method other than credit card please fulfill the data required and SUBMIT

If we pay with a credit card, please press on Pay With Credit Card

Enter your credit card information and press on the Pay button

Membership will renew for six months or a year, depending on the membership type. You will see this payment data registered on the member’s Pay tab.

If you go to the Member tab, you will see that the dates have changed automatically
