How to configure Membership Types?

To Configure Memberships go to: 

Admin → Settings 

Click Membership Tab

This is where you can access and see different Memberships within your Village → To see Villages Membership types → CLICK Membership types 

Grace Period: This is the period where the member’s expiration date has occurred. During the grace period, a user is still considered an active member until the period is over. A typical Grace Period for Villages is 30 days. 

• Regarding keeping track of users in the grace period, if they have an • (orange dot) on their admin profile, it means they are in their grace period. 
• For documentation, when you go to the list of Active Members (admin > people management > active members), the grace period members are highlighted in red.  

Renewal Notice: This is an email that is sent out 30 days before the member’s expiration date

You can choose to either edit a pre-existing membership type or create a new membership type.
 

To create a new membership type, simply fill out the boxes provided with the appropriate information. If you are a new village, it is always helpful to visit other villages to see what kind of membership types they offer.

Then select SAVE and you have a new membership.
