How to add a Fundraising Campaign?

To make your donations page more appealing to donors, customize your fundraising campaign page by adding your organization’s logo or an image, along with a clear and engaging description of your fundraiser.

Step 1: Navigate to Fundraising Campaigns

Go to ADMIN → Financial Management → Fundraising Campaigns.

Step 2: Create or Select a Fundraising Campaign

Click New Fundraising Campaign to create a new campaign, or select one of the available templates, such as General or Events.

Step 3: Customize Your Campaign

Complete the required fields, including the fundraiser’s name and a short and long description explaining its purpose and goals.

To add an image or your organization’s logo, click Choose File to upload your image.

The recommended rendered image size is 720 × 2736 pixels. Using an image close to these dimensions will help ensure it displays clearly and consistently across the platform.

Once your campaign is set up, donors will see your campaign image and description, followed by the donation form they need to complete to make a contribution.
