First of all, we would like to clarify the difference between a bug and an improvement.
A software bug is an error, flaw or fault in a computer program or system that causes it to produce an incorrect or unexpected result*. Bugs should be submitted to support@helpfulvillage.com
Please see the instructions here.
An improvement idea is not a bug, it is a proposal of how the system would work in a better way for villages needs.
To submit your idea, please fulfill the form on the next link:
https://ask.helpfulvillage.com
Use this form to submit any improvements you have for the Helpful Village web platform. Please be as specific as possible with each request. Requests will be fulfilled based on our companies priorities.
It is very important for us that you explain your idea in depth, it will not only help us to understand how your idea could improve the platform and the importance of the improvement, but it will also help other villages to understand and therefore be more likely to support your idea. Short description is also very important, I recommend you to be specific and not to use general terms.
You can access to the improvement list on the following link:

If you want to support someone else's idea, you may write to support@helpfulvillage.com to let us know, we will take into consideration your vote.
Monthly improvements are announced on our webinars. We always explain the improvements that we do every month and we announce the next improvements that we will do.
