How does a member complete the Contact tab in their profile ?

Go to the right up corner and click on the blue and white photo and then on My Profile, as showed in the image below:

Let’s complete your profile by clicking on the “Edit” button.

First, choose a photo for your profile. Click on “Browse”, select a photo from your computer. It is important for security reasons to provide a good picture of yourself. This will help volunteers to recognize you when you ask for a service request. We will automatically resize your picture, if you want to change your picture, you can upload another photo by clicking "Browse", selecting a photo then click on the SAVE at the bottom of the page.

Email, phone and cell phone fields are imported from your application form. You may choose your preferred contact channel. This choice is important, because a volunteer may need to contact you quickly!

Now, let’s get to know you better, please fill out the bio field.

Now, make sure that your address is accurate. It is important volunteers have good data to get to your house.

Afterwards, you may fill out your emergency contacts. It is important for the village to have your emergency contacts in case a problem occurs.

Many members also become volunteers, neighbors helping each other.

You may also be a volunteer, if you want you may choose the volunteer services that you want to offer and specify your availability. If you do not want to volunteer, you can leave it blank.

For some volunteer services, it is necessary to apply first the volunteer application form.

Please make your choices, and press SAVE.

If your village have activated the Check-in feature, you may also indicate how are you feeling today. You will see a button to complete your own checkin if you want in the Contact tab. The checkin can be completed by a village buddy (volunteer) who phones you to see how you are doing or yourself, this data will be recollected by the village.
