How can a volunteer report hours?

Go to:

Volunteers → Reporting Hours

If you are a Village Admin, you can search for and select the volunteer whose hours you want to record.

If you are a Volunteer, the system will automatically identify your user account.

Complete the required fields with the requested information, then click SAVE.

Once you click SAVE, a confirmation message will appear to let you know that the volunteer hours have been successfully recorded.
