How to edit a "Volunteer Service group" name?

Go to Admin → People Management → Groups

We will explain two cases:

1) When the volunteer service group is NOT added to MailChimp.

2) When the volunteer service group is added and synchronized with MailChimp.

1) If the volunteer service to which you want to change the name is not added with MailChimp, you may press on "Edit Group" → Change the name → SAVE

2) When a volunteer service group is synchronized with MailChimp, it works differently.

Go to the Volunteer Services list and choose the group to which you want to change the name, press on "More Details" button.

Scroll down and press on "Remove from MailChimp" button as the image indicates:

Please press on "confirm" in this message:

Now that this group has been removed from MailChimp, scroll down and press on "Edit this group" button.

Now you can change the group's name and SAVE.

Now the name has been changed, you can press on "More Details" button.

Now you can  press "Add to MailChimp" to add the group to MailChimp.

Confirm that you want to add this group to MailChimp.

Once the group has been added, scroll down the page and press the "Synchronize with MailChimp" button.

Confirm.

Finally the name has been changed and the volunteer service has been synchronized with MailChimp.
