Fill out all your event's information, and then click SAVE at the bottom of the page.
💡 Note:
In order to clone zoom events, you have to first create the event without any zoom info, then clone the event how many times you want and then go to each event and press on the "Add Event to zoom" button. You can also clone participants to an event, but in the case of zoom events, padlocks will be added to each participant when you add the event to Zoom. You will see a padlock for each participant if everything is working well. If there is no padlock, you have to erase the participant and add this person a new. The padlock will not show for the host. You can send a single invitation or press on the “send reminder to all participants now” button.
Now that your event has been created, add participants by clicking [Admin] Attendance List.
Once you have added your participants, you can clone your event.
To do so, you can go back to your event by clicking "Events" → "Events List." Click on your event, and then click "Clone Options."
Choose your desired clone options, and check the "With Participants" box to ensure that the same participants will be cloned with the future cloned events as well. Click "Clone."
After clicking "Clone," you will see a yellow banner that says that your clone has been successful as well as your calendar showing your cloned events.
If you would like, you can also click on the [Admin] Attendance List to confirm that your participants have been cloned.
You will now be able to add your cloned events to Zoom by clicking on your event in the calendar. Once the page redirects to your event, scroll down and click [Admin] Edit this Event.
Scroll down, and click [Admin] Add event to Zoom.
Click "OK" on the confirmation pop-up message.
