What are the "RSVP Required" options ?

There are 6 options:

1. Offline RSVP required (see event description)
2. RSVP required
3. RSVP and instant registration
4. No RSVP required
5. No RSVP required and instant registration
6. Blank

• Offline RSVP required (see event description)

This option is used when a village is going to do the work offline. Participants would register by a phone call or email for example. Villages cay put instructions on the event description to inform users how to proceed for registration (phone call or any other way).

• RSVP required

Registration is required, users need to register online or village staff can register them online before the event takes place.

• RSVP required and instant registration 

Registration is required, but users may register instantly by using the "join online meeting now" button if they want to join to an event that is taking place right now. 

💡Note: 

For this option, the registration closing date must be up until the time of the event (or after the time of the event), other wise the "join online meeting now" button will go away 

• No RSVP required

Registration is not required.

• No RSVP required and instant registration 

Registration is not required but users are able to join an event that is taking place right now.

• Blank

The field can be left in blank if villages do not want to specify any option. Registration is not possible.
