How to add a volunteer to a Village Builder Category?

There are two ways you can add a volunteer to a new service group/village builder group. 

One option is to visit the Admin menu → People Management → Groups → Select “See Groups in This Category” and then select the specific volunteer service group or village builder group. 

Once viewing the specific group, you will see the currently screened volunteers who are already in the group. Then at the bottom of the page,  there is a "search person" field that allows you to search for a volunteer who is screened. Once the person is found by the search, click Select and the selected volunteer will appear in the group.

You can also add a volunteer to service groups by visiting their profile and selecting the volunteer tab and clicking on the service groups they have offered to help with and click SAVE when finished.
