🔒 Enhanced Security

When Villagers register for a Zoom event, each attendee receives a unique, personal link to join the meeting. This is more secure than sharing a single meeting link with a group of people.

If an unauthorized person registers for your event, you can revoke their individual access by canceling their personal meeting link, helping you maintain greater control over who can join your Zoom meeting.

✅ Easier Access for Your Villagers

The Zoom Module makes joining online events easier for your Village Members. Their personal meeting link is automatically included in:

• The Helpful Village event registration confirmation email.
• The Helpful Village event reminder email.
• The event page in Helpful Village.

This means attendees can easily find their personal link whenever they need it, without having to search for a shared meeting link.

💡 Important Notes

• Premium feature: The Zoom Module is a paid service.
• Zoom account requirement: The module does not work with free Zoom accounts. Your Village must upgrade to a paid Zoom plan to use this feature.
