How to set up the Zoom Module with Server-to-Server Oauth

Your Village needs to have one designated Zoom account that will be used. 

• Send email to support@helpfulvillage.com informing us that you would like to set up the Zoom module 
• You need to make sure that you are already logged on to your Zoom account. And once logged in to Zoom, use this link in the same browser: https://marketplace.zoom.us/develop/create
• Find box that says Server-to-Server Oauth 
• Click the “Create” button in that box
• When prompted to choose an App Name enter: HelpfulVillageOauthServerToServer
• Click the "Create" button on the new box

Once the app is created, you will find 3 secret keys you will need to send to the Helpful Village team in a secure way.

On the printscreen below we added red rectangles to hide the actual keys and ids.

You should use the copy button to the right of each field to make sure you don't mistype the key, it will put that key on your computer clipboard, you can then paste that value on a message you will send to Helpful Village. 

The Helpful Village team will need the values of these 3 fields:

Account ID: ___

Client ID: ___

Client Secret: ___

When done copy-pasting these values, click the "Continue" button. 

On the Information section:

• The App name should already be there
• Fill out "Short Description" to: Helpful Village Oauth Server to Server
• Fill out developer information with 'Name': Manuel Acevedo Email: support@helpfulvillage.com 
• When done with this page, click the "Continue" button.

There is nothing to do on the Feature section, so don't change anything there and click the "Continue" button.

On the Scopes section, you need to click ont the "+ Add Scopes" button. On this section you are choosing what are the rights granted to this app (set of keys).

For the Helpful Village Zoom module to work, you need to add the following scopes:

• Mark following Checkboxes for Meeting:

• Mark following Checkboxes for User:

Leave the field blank:

When you are done checking those checkboxes click on the "Continue" button.

On the last section (Activation), you should see a green checkbox sign and a message saying (Your app is activated on the account) like the one you can see below. 

If it is not the case, click on the button to Activate this new app.

The app should not be published to the marketplace.

Please remember to send the 3 keys to the Helpful Village team in a secure way.

Once sent delete any trace of those keys in your computer (delete from sent messages, delete document from your computer).

Once the Helpful Village receives those keys, we will add them to your server and let you know when everything is ready.
