How to embed a video into Email Messenger?

Follow these steps to embed a video directly into an email using the Helpful Village platform.

Step 1: Create a New Email

Navigate to Admin → Email Messenger and click New Email.

Step 2: Select Your Audience

Choose the audience.

Step 3: Open the Video Tool

Under Content, click the Video icon.

A dialog box will appear, allowing you to enter the video embed information.

Step 4: Find the Video You Want to Embed

Open a new browser tab and search for the video you want to include in your email. We recommend using YouTube.

Once you have found the video, click the Share button located beneath it.

Step 5: Copy the Embed Code

In the sharing options, select Embed to display the video's embed code.

Copy the embed code provided by YouTube.

Step 6: Add the Video to Helpful Village

Return to Helpful Village and paste the copied embed code into the Embed section of the video dialog box.

Click Save to insert the video into your email.

Step 7: Check the Final Result

Your video should now appear within the email content, as shown in the example below.
