VILLAGE NAME has recently transitioned to a new platform to make managing member service requests easier and more efficient.
With this new platform, you can browse open service requests from members and sign up for any requests you are available and able to fulfill.

The platform is accessible from your mobile phone, tablet, or computer, so you can conveniently browse and manage service requests wherever you are.
Getting Started
Before accessing service requests for the first time, you will be prompted to set up your password.
To help you get familiar with the new platform, we’ve included a training video that demonstrates how to browse open service requests and match yourself with requests you can fulfill. Please watch the video before getting started.
