How to create a New Interest Group by an ADMIN in Village Talk?

What are Interest Groups in Village Talk? 

• Interest Groups in Village Talk are groups your Village can form for individual activities/interests
• It is important to create Interest Groups in your Village that will spark other members to connect with one another.

To Create a new Interest Group:

ADMIN → People Management → Groups

Click on the Interest Groups

This is where you can see existing and add NEW Interest Groups for your Village

To Add a new Interest Group → Click on [ADMIN] New Group 

This is where Administrators can create New Interest Groups for their Village → Name Group → (Comment if needed) → SAVE

• You can make Comments on Interest Groups
• You can upload a picture for the interest group 
• If you CLICK the box (Admin Managed Group) - Members will have to be manually added to the group by a Village Admin
• If you CLICK the box (Default Interest Group)- All active members enrolled but they can unsubscribe
• You can organize Interest Groups Via Color 

💡 Note: 
To Create a New Interest Group for Village Talk you must be an ADMIN of your Village.

To Make sure ADMINS NEW Interest Group was Saved:

• Go back to Village Talk 

 MEMBERS → VILLAGE TALK → OTHER INT. GROUPS 

Your New Interest Group should appear in (Other Int. Groups)
