How to match a Preferred Provider with a Service Request?

This is a great way to help a member fulfill a service request when a volunteer is unable to. This allows the Village to suggest and match a paid/preferred provider to complete a service request for the member.

Go to the menu Volunteers → Service Requests

From the list of service requests, select the service request that needs to be paired up with preferred providers. Click on View.

As you scroll down, Click on "Commercial Providers" in the grey admin section. 

Then you will be prompted to select the relevant provider category.

In this case, Jacqueline needs help with transportation.

Once you have selected your provider category, you will be able to browse the different provider groups in that main category and choose which one to suggest. 

Once you have decided, click on "Suggest Provider". This will give you a list of the providers available to do the job. Select the provider needed.

Your Service Request has now been successfully matched with the appropriate provider.
