Viewing a Member’s Profile from a Service Request

You can quickly access a member’s profile directly from the Service Requests list.

Step 1: Open Service Requests

Navigate to:

Volunteers → Service Requests

Step 2: Open the Member’s Profile

From the list of service requests, click on the member’s name.

You will be taken directly to the member’s profile, where you can view their information and details.
