When do the "Join Online Meeting" and "Add Me to the Waiting List" buttons appear?

Independent of the RSVP option, the "Join Online Meeting" button appears if the user is logged into the village website unless the event has met it's capacity limit.

If the user is registered to an event or the event is not full of its capacity yet, the button will appear.

The button will not appear if the event is full (capacity limit) and the user has not registered in advance. In this case, the "Add me to the Waiting List" button will appear. The "Add me to the Waiting List" button will appear if there are no spots available.
