How to add a slideshow to an editable page – HELPFUL VILLAGE

You can add a slideshow to any editable page on your Helpful Village website by using the Slideshow template.

Go to:

Admin → Settings → Website → Editable Pages

Open the editable page where you would like to add the slideshow. You can either edit an existing page or create a new editable page.

In the Text Editor, click Insert and then select Insert template...

Select Slideshow from the dropdown menu and click SAVE.

To add more images to the slideshow, click the Source Code icon in the editor toolbar.

You will see the slideshow's source code, which will look similar to this:

It will look like this:

To add another image, copy one of the existing <img> lines and paste it below the other images.

For example:

Repeat this step for each additional image you would like to include in the slideshow.

Click SAVE when you have finished adding the image lines.

You will then see the slideshow template with the images displayed.

To replace an image, click on the image and then click the first icon in the toolbar.

Click Upload, then click Browse for an Image. Select the image from your computer.

You can also enter the desired Width and Height for the image, then click SAVE.

Repeat these steps for each image in the slideshow.

Once you have uploaded and sized all of your images, click SAVE to save your changes.

Your slideshow will now appear on the editable page.
