How to edit the Volunteer Application Form?

Go to Village Info → Volunteer Info → Application Form.

You can also access the Volunteer Application Form directly using this link:

https://yourvillagename.helpfulvillage.com/volunteer_infos/application_form

You will see the Volunteer Application Form page:

At the top of the page, click EDIT.

You can edit the Title and add a Description with any information or instructions that prospective volunteers should know when completing the application.

Next, use the checkboxes to select or deselect the information you would like volunteers to provide in their application.

When you are finished, click SAVE.

💡 Note:
Information submitted through the application form is automatically added to the database. The fields entered by the applicant populate the corresponding fields on the General tab, Addt'l Info tab, and the More section available at the bottom of the General tab.
