How to edit the Member Application Form?

Go to Village Info → Membership Info → Application Form or go to this link:

https://yourvillagename.helpfulvillage.com/memberships/application_form

You will see this page:

Scroll to the bottom of the page

Then click EDIT

You can edit the title, and type in the description anything you think your potential member's need to know when filling out the application. 

You can then click in the checkbox to select or deselect what information you would like requested in the membership application form. When you are done, click SAVE. 

💡Note: 
The information entered in the applications goes directly to the database. The fields autocomplete  the General tab fields, the Addt'l info tab fields and the "More" link that you encounter if you scroll down on the General tab.
