What is a Service Requests Report ?

Under the “Volunteer Activities” section, we have a report titled Service Requests. This report allows one to view their villages service requests in a selected time frame, what type of request, and if it was completed, requested, or unfilled.

Q: How can I see the duration of request in hours instead of minutes?

A: You can use [h]:mm;@ as the format for the sum in Excel and it will add all the hours correctly!
