How to add a New Provider Subcategory?

Click on the Provider Category for which you would like to add a new subcategory. 

Click on [ADMIN]  Enter this Category

Click on [ADMIN] New Provider Type Category

Enter the Name of the New Subcategory, Select the appropriate Category and SAVE.
