Geocoding Premium Feature

The Geocoding premium feature is necessary to geolocate Villages addresses 

 “We use a premium Google feature that gives us latitude and longitude for each active member (and volunteer) address”

• The geocoding feature includes the display of a map with the members on the Members Directory page.
• The Geocoding premium feature costs $10 per 1000 location requests per month (i.e. $10 if between 0 and 1000 requests, $20 if between 1001 and 2000 requests, etc.).

Pricing Examples

• We only make geolocation requests if needed (for members that have never been geolocated or when they change address), so quite probably the monthly fee for you will be $10

Village Maps Premium Feature

The Village Maps feature allows you to visualize the map (with multiple layers)

• The Geocoding feature is a pre-requirement for Village Maps as we need to geolocate the people to display them on the map

Wellness Check-ins Premium Feature 

This feature allows you to run Check-ins with your members and includes:

                                       - Check-ins                           - Village Buddies (Phone Tree)

                                       - Check-ins Dashboard         - Check-ins of the Day

• If you want to visualize check-ins on a map, both Geocoding and Village Maps are needed
• The Check-in premium feature costs $10 per 100 members per month (i.e. $10 per month if between 0 and 100 members, $20 per month if between 101 and 200 members, etc.).

Text Messaging Premium Feature 

This feature allows admins to text users from Helpful Village. 

Pricing: 

• $6 monthly fee that includes a local phone number to send and receive text messages 
• Then $0.04 fee per message segment. One message segment is a text message that consists of 160 characters or less 

*The fee for each message segment is for messages both sent and received. 

Zoom Module Premium Feature

The Zoom Module feature allows you to connect your organization’s Zoom account directly to HV 

• The Zoom Module feature makes attending virtual events easy by sending personalized links to every participant before the event. 
• Creation of an event on HV can be created in Zoom with just the click of a button.

Instant Membership Premium Feature

Instant Membership allows people who submit a Membership Application form to become active members straight away.

People can fulfill the Membership Application Form and then they are able to make the payment for their membership and start benefiting from the services.
