This feature is only possible when your HV platform is synchronized with a MailChimp account. To learn more about MailChimp, click here.
Click on “Email Messenger” under Admin
Click on “NEW EMAIL”
Choose a recipient in the drop-down menu:
Add a title (this will be the subject line of the email)
Add your text under “Dear * | FNAME | *,”
Click on “SEND” at the bottom of the page
A yellow box with “Message successfully sent to Email outbox queue” will appear
Your email is appearing in the “LIST OF EMAILS”
💡 Important Note:
- Always update user’s email information on Helpful Village, not on Mailchimp
- Helpful Village will synchronize with mailchimp making sure the information is accurate, however this does not work the other way around, Mailchimp will not send user’s email information back to Helpful Village
