The Helpful Village platform allows the user to access and manage different modules based on the rights they are assigned. Only Admin can assign or take away rights for a user. To do this, search or find a person’s profile, then in the ‘general’ tab, scroll towards the bottom of the page and you will see a section called ‘Rights Management’. This is where you can check which rights you would like a user to have. There are 12 types of rights management.
Helpful Village sends a number of different email notifications to the admin(s). The Helpful Village platform requires there be one ‘main’ admin email. This should be someone who is the head of operating the HV platform.
When we build your HV platform, we use the email address given to us (or the main point of contact) as the ‘main’ admin email address. However, if you would like to assign certain people to receive emails that fit the roles below, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and we can adjust those. (continued below)
